About Courtney Payne

Originally from Northwest Florida, Courtney Payne brings both a personal connection to the Gulf Coast and a proven background in luxury residential real estate to her role as Director of Operations for The Kendall Hood Collection.

Courtney built her real estate career in South Florida with The Meyer Lucas Team at Compass, where she developed experience across residential sales, client service, negotiation, and transaction management. During her time with the team, she contributed to more than $50 million in sales volume across 70-plus residential transactions. In 2024, she was named Rookie of the Year and promoted to Senior Agent, milestones that reflected her production and expanding responsibilities within the business.

After several years in South Florida, Courtney returned to Northwest Florida, bringing that sales experience to the operational side of the business. As Director of Operations for The Kendall Hood Collection, she works closely with Kendall Hood to oversee the team’s day-to-day operations, refine systems, coordinate listings and transactions, and maintain a consistent level of service throughout the client experience. Her background as a Senior Luxury Real Estate Advisor gives her firsthand perspective on what agents and clients require at every stage of a transaction, while her analytical approach informs the systems and processes behind the team’s continued growth.

The Kendall Hood Collection is the RealTrends Verified No. 1 medium-sized team in Seagrove Beach by volume and ranks among the top 1.5% of real estate agents nationwide. Courtney focuses on the operational infrastructure behind that performance, creating systems that support the team’s growth while maintaining attentive, organized service across each listing and transaction.

Outside of work, Courtney spends much of her time along the coast, exploring local restaurants and coffee shops and enjoying time near the water with her dog, Ollie. Returning to Northwest Florida has brought her career back to the place she has long considered home, with the experience and perspective gained from years in South Florida’s luxury real estate market.
