Kendall, an Alabama native, has always had a deep-rooted connection to the captivating shores of the Emerald Coast. Growing up, her family’s summer vacations along the coast left indelible impressions on her heart, fostering a profound love for the beaches and the charming ambiance of the 30a communities.

 

Venturing off to college as an LSU Tiger, Kendall pursued a degree in Marketing. Her time at LSU not only enriched her education but also opened doors that led to the beginning of her career in the Big Apple. Several years were dedicated to marketing and sales efforts for the Waldorf Astoria hotel in NYC, yet amidst the dazzling city lights, Kendall’s heart yearned for the tranquil beauty of the beach.

In 2005, Kendall found herself irresistibly drawn back to coastal living. Making the life-altering decision to move to Destin, FL, she wholeheartedly immersed herself in the dynamic world of Real Estate. For an exclusive six-year period, Kendall was the face of real estate with the Emerald Grande. Her journey took a significant turn when she obtained her Broker’s License, laying the foundation for her brokerage, Key Realty of the Emerald Coast.

 

With 18 years of Real Estate experience, Kendall has decided to align herself with excellence by joining Compass, the #1 Brokerage in the country. Simultaneously, she launched her team, “The Kendall Hood Collection,” a brand with a stellar reputation that enables her to sell properties spanning the entire Emerald Coast. From the beautiful beaches of Navarre, FL, to exclusive Gulf Front homes in the 30a community in South Walton, Kendall’s expertise knows no bounds, from gulf front, bay front, and golf course residences.

Kendall’s passion for Real Estate and dedication to her clients are unwavering. She finds the utmost joy in handing over the key to a new home, a beach retreat, or the perfect investment property. In her free time, Kendall, alongside her family – husband Jim and their two children, Trace and Annabelle- cherishes moments outdoors, embarks on family trips, indulges in weekends at the beach, and enjoys quality time with friends. Kendall’s life is a harmonious blend of professional success and a fulfilling family life, as she continues to thrive along the picturesque Emerald Coast.
